Partnerships

Business is easier with the right people on each side

We buy from partners, sell through partners and ship with partners — so we know exactly what makes it work: written terms, one phone number that answers, and money that moves when it should.

  • ✓Terms agreed in writing before the first order
  • ✓One named person handles your account
  • ✓Dues settled on the dates we put on paper

How we work with partners

Fair, boring and predictable — the way money matters should be.

Clean settlements

Payment dates go into the agreement, and the accounts team works to the paper — not to moods or festivals.

A named contact

One person who knows your file, your rates and your history — reachable on a number, not a ticket queue.

Built for years

We'd rather grow a partner's share slowly than churn through suppliers. Some partners predate our second shop.

Paperwork in order

GST invoices, signed agreements, monthly statements — your accountant will never have to chase ours.

Three steps to a first order

01
Day one

Introduce yourself

What you make, move or sell, and roughly at what scale. Two paragraphs are enough.

02
Same week

Sit down over the numbers

Rates, volumes, credit period and who does what — both sides say it plainly, nothing implied.

03
Then we start

Terms on paper, then we begin

A short agreement both sides can point to later. First order follows it to the letter.

From people we work with

“

Their PO says exactly what the phone call said, and the payment lands on the date written on it. My accountant has never once had to call theirs.

“

Loads packed and papers ready when my driver reaches — no waiting-charge drama. Festival weeks get hectic, but they warn us in advance.

Asked before signing

01

Do you insist on exclusivity?

No. Serve your other customers freely — all we ask is that agreed rates and dates hold.

02

Do you work with small or home-run businesses?

Some of our steadiest partners started from a spare room. Show us reliability and clean paperwork; scale can come later.

03

What if there's a dispute?

The agreement says how we settle it — a sit-down with the accounts on the table first, and a notice period either side can use. Nobody is locked in.

Two ways in

Become a partner

Tell us what you make, move or sell — if the numbers make sense for both sides, you'll hear back within a working day.

Know someone we should meet?

Refer a supplier, reseller or service crew you rate. Good introductions are remembered here — on both sides of the ledger.
